The 60mm Casement Series is extruded with the hardware clearances and gasket channel geometry specifically designed for side-hung casement operation. The frame profile (60XK) and sash profile (60PKD) are dimensionally matched at manufacture so that every fabricated unit closes flush, compresses the gasket evenly, and locks securely without adjustment.
