The GBT Louver Series is engineered for natural ventilation in applications where privacy, protection from direct rain, and continuous airflow are all required. Built on the same 60PKD sash base as the 60mm Casement Series, the louver system uses precision-extruded horizontal blade profiles in two types — a standard open blade (BYCLP) and an insulated blade (BYCZYYT) — giving specifiers a choice between maximum airflow and enhanced weather control.

The GBT Louver blade profiles are extruded to the same ±0.2mm dimensional tolerance as all GBT profiles — ensuring consistent blade angle, uniform air gap, and reliable fitting into the 60PKD base frame across every unit. The blade's cross-section geometry is engineered to deflect rain while maintaining the maximum aerodynamic cross-section for ventilation airflow. Both standard and insulated blades use the same base compound — IS 12894 certified, calcium-zinc stabilized, lead-free.
